I’m going to continue with the second and final part of the Lawyers in Hell Book Review, but first, there are a couple of things that I need to tell you about. This is not a normal book review. In a normal book review, the reviewer reads the book without any contact with the writer, or in the case of an anthology, the writers.
Much to my delight I was given a pre-release copy of Lawyers in Hell to review. I was disappointed that certain lawyers who I’ve written about in the past were inexplicably left out, but one cannot have everything.
Trademark Squatters have become a huge problem in the last couple of years. The value of a mark in commerce can be immense, but often marks are not registered, with the owner depending upon common law recognition of rights.
